Kicking off 2026 with our first quarter HSE Campaign, Baxtech Resources Sdn Bhd (BRSB) launched the Safe Restart programme on 14 and 15 January at Teluk Kalong Yard. The session brought together our Project Management Team, onshore and offshore crew, with the support from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB). The opening remarks of the programme were delivered by BRSB top management, our General Manager Operations Encik Muhammad Zafifi and General Manager Corporate Services Encik Ahmad Redza.
The programme focused on learning from past incidents, building a prevention mindset, strengthening safety controls and raising awareness of hazards like line of fire and stored energy. Participants also had the opportunity to practice Last Minute Risk Assessment (LMRA) on site and were reminded on how vital the Stop Work Authority is for making safe decisions every day.
Through this initiative, BRSB continues to strengthen its safety culture, raise hazard awareness and ensure operations are restarted safely, consistently and with discipline throughout 2026.
